[srobo-devel] Website updates probably needed

Hi,

While I've been reviewing the website I spotted the following which
could usefully be updated before Friday. I won't have time, but
someone else might.

- remove references to 2015 rules as being current, by killing the
content of /docs/rules; consider updating the text which links there
from /events/competition. Better, change the link on
/events/competition to point at /schools/game (with a suitable text
change) as that provides a better overview of the games we set.
- update text which links to /teams on /schools/how_to_enter as it
suggests that the latter has a list of the current entrants, but
doesn't.
- remove "small challenges" link on /events/kickstart as the linked
document doesn't have a date and it's suggestive that it applies to
this year. Better, change the link to clarify that this is last year's
microgames.
